Early engagement and reactive contract reviews bring investment fund multiple success

A large energy renewables investment fund approached Contract Rite for contractual assistance with a potential project. Basic budgets for the works had been submitted and the investment fund was entering into the final stages of their bid.
Working with the investment fund, we first assisted with the detailed scope pricing, proposal preparation and initial contract reviews, identifying risk and opportunity. After submission we attended meetings on the investment fund’s behalf, negotiating both the proposal details and contract documentation.
This initial provisional agreement of a contract has allowed the parties to enter into further discussions regarding multiple national and global projects, to be completed over the next 2 to 5 years.
Outcome
The investment fund successfully secured the contract and have since continued to work with Contract Rite on other bids, negotiations and contract reviews, securing over £15m worth of work.
