Valeria is a qualified solicitor and a Legal & Contracts Manager at Contract Rite. She obtained a first-class honours degree in Law (LLB Hons) in Cambridge and her Masters qualification in Commercial Law (LLM) at the University of Law in London and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Valeria has a strong legal background, having experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating contracts, and assisting clients during disputes. She regularly attends additional specialist courses to further her knowledge and development.
Andrew is the Managing Director of Contract Rite, he is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and holds a MSc in Construction Law & Dispute Resolution, obtained at Kings College London. He has many years experience working in the construction industry, initially as an engineer prior to his commercial management positions. He has extensive knowledge and experience of construction contracts and disputes, undertaking a wide range of non-contentious work including contract reviews, training, and providing ongoing commercial assistance on projects from start to end.
Gareth has extensive experience in the building services industry, both on site as a pipe fitter and delivering projects in office-based management and directorship positions.
He brings a wealth of engineering expertise, combined with a desire to deliver excellence.
Joni is Contract Rite’s Marketing Manager, she has over 20 years experience in the travel and construction industries and holds a BSc in photography. Her role within Contract Rite has developed into many areas of responsibility including finance, human resources and the coordination of our training events.
