Letter Of Intent Payment Issues
Active Electrical Services (Stamford) approached Contract Rite following a recommendation to obtain advice on the Letter of Intent, and later - assistance in acquiring payment under it.
Active Electrical Services (Stamford) had received a Letter of Intent for the design element of a large new build industrial warehouse project, prior to being awarded the full Design and Build Contract. Contract Rite initially negotiated the Letter of Intent followed by Active Electrical Services (Stamford) carrying out the design works. The contract was not awarded and the Letter of Intent application for payment for design services undertaken was rejected. Contract Rite worked with Active Electrical Services (Stamford) and recovered payment in full for the work undertaken.
Outcome
